I had to Google the design, so obviously I have never made one, but would probably be stubborn enough to try it. Those who have done it.......................could you just reverse your pattern in the middle of the "hill" and continue a wave until it is almost the length needed, then add the swirl? It looks to me like the wedge is reversed to return out of the "valley" and climb the "hill". If you continued to make hills and valleys in a wave, would that work? Inquisitive minds want to know!
