Regarding the two month double-up, here are the comments I've gotten to date:

Those who decide to double up will make and receive 2 block per member, other than themselves. Those who do not double up will make and receive 1 block per member other than themselves. Whichever way you decide, it is perfectly ok. You can see I'm a "nay" vote due to a number of other commitments. I would HATE to be late in my own swap.
Whichever way you decide is just fine. No worries, no pressure.
As it stands now if everyone except me opts to double up, the max number of blocks anyone would make is 19, with AnnaQuilts it's 16, and I would make and receive 10. Those of you who haven't decided, let me know at your earliest convenience. Thanks.
