True, but considering the current value of our (Canadian) dollar, and the 10% extra fabric you get because we sell by the meter, I don't think it's so bad these days.

Assuming it's the former, The Cloth Shop, as someone else said, is about it for Vancouver (and it is tiny). But Granville Island is a must-see anyway and easy to get to from downtown, so drop by
