I got a Spiralizer for my Kitchenaid for Christmas. It cuts zucchini into noodles! I use the Sesame Noodle recipe for the sauce. Yummo! The spiralizer is a great tool, especially for peeling & slicing mountains of apples. Not cheap but well worth it and what a gift!
I don't have a kitchen aid so I got the veggetti (not sure how they spell it) I got the little hand held cone shaped one which I love, but now they have the one w/ the hand crank. I have to have GF food, but my husband who can eat real noodles says he likes the zucchini better then the regular GF in the store.
