Default Utility Quilt

Quilt Stats
Pattern Name: Boxed Squares
Dimensions: 53" X 48"
Fabric source/name: Connecting Threads jelly roll + strips cut from yardage
corduroy backing
Pieced and quilted by machine

I wanted to make a utility quilt for the car and had this jelly roll laying around. Bought some corduroy yardage from the local thrift store last year and decided to use it for the backing as an experiment. Good for a utility quilt, makes it a bit heavier, and it doesn't slip around. However, I think I used too much tension when I put it on the frame because the edges rippled a bit. Brought the back to the front to bind, which also made a border. Quilted it with my favorite easy 9 patch pattern.
