I just made a PopUP and it cost me about $18 for the pattern, fabric, and safety pins (didn't have any
). I would agree that $10 would probably be fair. There is a gal that is selling pincushions at one of the LQS (stacked type) for around $20 and thread catchers with a pincushion for around $25 or $30.
