I just started my POTC a few weeks ago, I got my fabrics washed and pressed, traced my template on freezer paper, ironed my papers on the fabric, and used the glue stick method to baste my honeycomb shapes. Tomorrow I will work on the first block.....goshes I hope I'm doing all this right, I have never English paper pieced before....other then a little practice center I did for Pat's mug rug this month. I am learning so much about the process.
I would love to post photos of the quilt, but it's going to be at least a year when I finish this. I intend this to be mainly hand work that I will do at night when my insomnia kicks in.
