Looking for information on a machine.....
So I was at my sister's house yesterday and she pulled out these 2 machines, the one to my delight when we looked up the serial number said it is a 201. The next one has been rather difficult to find out any real information on, the badge says Royal, across the front it says Dressmaker and under that it says Special. We got the serial number A 88051 but could not find any other information. What she really wants to know is how to thread this machine. I have never owned a machine with the tension on the side so try as I might I couldn't do it. These machines belonged to my brother in laws mother so although he was unbelievably generous and gifted me the 201, he would like to restore the other one. Any help would be greatly appreciated, oh and BTW where is the belt on the 201 we
looked everywhere and couldn't find any?
