I just finished this one, that my husband named "Happy Quilt" as soon as he saw it! The dresden in the middle was left over from an earlier project (I had done some dresdens in several different fabrics, and this one didn't make the cut for THAT quilt.) And I had a bunch of small pieces of various solids that had been given to me. So I came up with this jewel box design.
I wanted to try doing the dense right-angle quilting in the corners, after seeing it in a jewel box that
