WW Taco soup - 1 point per cup
1/2 pkg. lean ground turkey, browned
1/2 cp diced onion, browned with turkey
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn
1 can green chilis, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg fat free ranch dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
Mix all together in large pan, bring to a boil, simmer until ready to eat, or freeze.
Really good, DH & DD love this one. I usually add a large can of diced tomatoes, and may add more beans. I freeze it in 2 cup containers. I point per cup.
