I'll often buy from US stores and have it shipped up here because it's more cost effective. You just have to be cautious about shipping prices.

this is a site i use often and the shipping to canada isn't bad, because they use a flat-rate system. the fabric is way cheap and first first quality. f you're not familiar with it, take a peek.
