I thought the clue would have been posted by now, but I guess I'm early. Just as well. Expecting guests for dinner tonight. It's our annual St. Patrick's Day celebration with friends. Twelve pounds of corned beef to be cooked & lots of cabbage, potatoes & carrots! Will be busy cooking today. Alright, I confess -- hubby will be doing the cooking. But, I will supervise. It's so exhausting! LOL
But I do bake the Irish soda bread with his mom's recipe. Just put some more loaves in the club car with butter.
