Red face pool noodle

I use pipe insulation and put a piece of pvc pipe inside for stabilization and roll my quilts on that to sandwich them. Works great. I cut them in different sizes according to the size of my quilt so I have two or three different ones I can use. I do the Sharon Schamber method but pin rather than baste.
