Did you SITD the blue border before doing your Baptist Fans? If so I think the bias stitching on the Baptist Fans probably stretched the fabric. Instead of stay stitching an outer border so far away from the center with regular thread, I might use water solvable so if necessary, you can remove it easier. Great quilt and quilting by the way!
