I give!
I admit it!
I'm defeated by a baby quilt pattern! (And, I'm a VERY tenacious person, but this one has got me.)
Straightforward except for one Y seam, which was no trouble once I got my head wrapped around it, but I made three blocks and all three turned out varying sizes by well over 1/4", even though they were all made from the same cuts and even though I went back and examined my seams and they all look pretty good...I cannot figure out where I'm losing/gaining this area from.
I give. Not going to waste any more time on it. Glad I took the advice here and only cut enough fabric for a few test blocks. I still have lots of fabric left to do something else with.
Anyone else ever just throw up their hands and move on?
