This quilted is quilted with a royal blue thread, one color, a Dual Duty Coats and Clark hand quilting thread. I used Kona cotton for my solids on this quilt and I usually buy it at Hobby Lobby. Their prices seem better. So, I just picked up thread while I was there. I usually use Coats and Clark or Gutermann depending on where I am when I need thread. I like them both equally. For piecing I use Connecting Threads, it's linty but I like the price and quality. I plan to try some other threads like Aurifil and Superior but haven't gotten around to it yet.
Thanks for your interest. And all of the great comments. This quilt is to be gifted today but I hate to see it go. I will probably have to make another, lol.
