I haven't posted in ages as I had finished all my blocks.
I have also finished all the blocks in my Loyal Union Sampler quilt and what I have done is make four extra blocks for my SBS as I would like to make my quilt with twelve blocks across and twelve rows down.
This then left me with 4 blocks short- so here is are photos of the four extra blocks I have completed.
I chose these blocks from the Loyal Union Sampler quilt book by Jennifer C and they are :-
D2 - Emancipation.
D5 - Fond Farewell.
D9 - Gerda's Puzzle.
I9 - Spotsylvania Court House.
I now have to start adding the sashing to both quilts !
