The strangest thing happened this evening..I was in the rocker in a semi-reclined position watching TV and I tried to re-adjust my position and when I moved my leg I felt & heard a snap in my knee..it was very painful and now my knee is just sore and I can walk without the cane & no pain...I'm going to be very conscious of my walking and movements until I get home to see the DR..You have no idea how relieved I am..
Givio, have you ever used a TENS unit? I usually travel with it in case I need it but It needs new wires..Check it out on Ebay..Years ago you needed a script for it...not any more..it really helps with the pain..I used it a lot after the first knee replacement...helps with swelling too...I feel so much better knowing I'll be able to pack up for the trip home this Wednesday..
