Three years or so ago when I was starting to feel pain in my knees, I had started to take stuff like condriton and all those other things to help with arthritis. Last year, I started to use a product by Bronson Pharmaceuticals, called Vital (collagen). It is a liquid and you take 3 drops in water before eating in the morning. It runs abou 30.00 for a month supply. After 3 bottles, all my pain has vanished, it is amazing. I guess it depends on what stage you are at. I don't take pain killers at all, I would rather suffer lol. Anyway, I do take some lovely vitamins from the same company and now take collagen in capsule form. I am going to see if it's affective as the liquid. I also take Hyaluronic Acid, which is also good for the joints. ....
