Yes, there is a book ....and it is authored by Linda frank, designer/owner of inklingo, check Amazon for best price...I personally prefer epp....I bought the epp shapes, both paper and acrylic ( for cutting fabric) from paperpieces.com.......not affiliated, just like their products. Have done one....block, that is.....trying to finish another hand work project before I dive into that one......go to Pinterest for inspiration........
