No. It is Inklingo. A computer program that prints cut & sew lines on the fabric by way of your computer printer. Check it out at Inklingo.com. I'm not selling anything, just letting you know what I used. They are hand sewn part way then machine finished. This runner was made with the 9" square I purchased, but she does have free triangles, diamonds & squares available.
