A neighbor brought me a Kenmore 158-12120 sewing machine to clean up and I have some questions. The machine is for the neighbor's niece so she can join a local 4-H club and learn to sew.

So, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the approximate age of this machine. It's a zig-zag machine.

Also, what zipper foot should be purchased for this machine. I figure she'll need a zipper foot.

Can anyone direct me to a place where I can download a free manual?

And, what size bobbins should be purchased for this machine?

Thanks. I usually only buy and clean up vintage Singer machines but I'd like to help the neighbor out so his little niece can have a machine to use.
