These are wonderful...Dedemac...the improved accuracy comes with time and practice...have you tried a slightly smaller stitch length? One also have to watch for the what I call the "left right swing". I tend to swing into the 1/4" seam at the beginning of the sewing and then swing out at the end...even a little bit will show on these small blocks. I know I do it and always catch myself falling into the habit. Chain stitching a leader or ender helps keep me "in line". Your blocks look great to me...

And this is one that was given at Christmas. It measures I think 12.5 by 13.5 and the tree is made of 1 inch finished HST's.
