I was talking to my friend that has the Bernina 830 and she said she got it out of the shop Sat. Said there was a tiny piece of thread she could see in the bobbin bottom area but could not get out nor her DH could get out, couldn't reach it without taking the housing off. It was causing a problem with sewing right. The dealer charged her $280 to get it out. $200 is the flat rate to even look at the machine, the $80 was for labor removing the thread. Same dealer she bought it from.
