I did a search and found an Emily's Garden quilt, but it didn't have this border.

If you go to this link:
http://www.fonsandporter.com/article...40_quilt_block (scroll down to "Bonus") you will see a link to the free pattern for Aunt Grace's Garden which is a smaller version(85x103) than the pattern for Emily's wedding quilt(115x115). I think Aunt Grace's Garden is actually prettier because it has the appliqued border.
