Can anything be done with bananas that will not ripen?
DH was alone last week and picked up a bunch of unripened bananas that are as green today as they were a week ago. I presume that they did not get 'gassed' before they were put out. Is there any recipe out there that uses unripened bananas or are they a lost cause?
