I am in love with this pattern! It is so easy to make. It is a free pattern from Robert Kaufman (

I made a few changes to the pattern. I cut the bottom gusset 9" wide and the zipper gussets 4.5" wide. I put in a zipper pocket instead of the patch pockets. And I used the info found here,
http://www.ohfransson.com/all-projec...-go-bag-panels , to make my side panels. I used cotton drill found at Joann's for my base. I also added a lining with pockets and an adjustable shoulder strap.
Definitely will be making more of these! I can envision them in school colors, solids, camo, all kinds of ideas running through my head. Wonder what my kids and grandkids will be getting for Christmas!
