I also bought some bananas last week that were green. I usually buy some that are almost ripe and some that are green so we will have bananas most of the week without having to go back to the store. The ones I bought this week I think were greener a few days after I bought them than they were when I left the store. I have had them a week and they are finally starting to turn yellow. Maybe 2 more days until they are ripe. I am almost afraid to taste them.
