Color catchers have come to my rescue more than once! Once, water came through a window into my quilting space after a hard rain. One of my quilt tops was touching the floor and acted as a wick for the water. Some of the reds had bled. With the help of both the color catchers and Synthropol (spelling?), the bleeding disappeared! What a relief....
