I lied earlier. For her first child, my DD used Noah's Ark fabric to decorate the nursery. I took a length of that fabric and "hand quilted" around the various motifs making a whole cloth quilt. I had no idea what I was doing; I'd never quilted in any way, shape or form before. This was 20 years ago. I've since become a quilter only machine piecing and quilting. DD puts binding on for me.
