It's not a 15-91 because it does not have a potted motor - so that makes it a 15-90. Not that it's a big deal, as they are the same basic machine.
With that cabinet, $60 is a very good deal.
This model (without the potted motor) is my favorite FMQ machine (well, not counting my HQ long arm).
