I know little about old machines, but the cabinet looks like the one that my Mom had, with a lighter color finish. It's a classy cabinet. I would worry about two things, though. First the left side of the cabinet top seems to lean a bit, so it may need to have some work done on the hinges. Secondly, I'd ask whether the cord has been converted to the American standard.
