When I made my Double Irish Chain I kept changing one of the fabrics - it was driving me crazy and after I got about half way done with making the squares it finally hit me it was the white I chose and not the back-up color to my main fabric. Looking at the jelly roll you chose I would think a very pale off-white, maybe one with a lighter print. Take a few pieces to a quilt shop with a good selection and audition them with other fabrics. You will know it when it pops.
