Sometimes you just gotta be a rule breaker. I thought the same thing. This method sure helps with portion control. I freeze my bread in 4 slice pkgs. for the same reason.

I thought you are suppose to use a cake pan with the removable funnel like center...can you use a bundt pan? How are you baking that you are "pulling out the center".....never thought if loaf pans...thank you
