Deb Tucker actually has TWO Hynters Star tools (and I have them both!)....I really like Jenny Doan's easy-peasy patterns, but her Hunters star is full of bias edges, which, IMHO are a PAIN......Deb's tools have no Y seams, and no bias edges......the waste is minimal at most.(threads only when you trim up your pieces)....I have made two and they were so easy - and all of my points matched and no bulk where seams came together......I heartedly recommend getting the DVD and field guide in addition to the tool if you like this pattern.......the design possibilities are ENDLESS!
