[ATTACH=CONFIG]548366[/ATTACH]Here is my finished runner. Decided to make it three blocks long due to my table size. I did minimal quilting on it, just enough to hold it together, so as not to crush the dimensional parts. For the outer edge, I used a 1 1/2" strip of the inspirational print and layered batting, top and backing, sewed all around and turned inside out. I like that finish when I don't want to do a binding!
Then I thought I might keep it for a gift and make a hot mat out of the last block and some napkins out of the fruit print--even some placemats if I have enough fabric. We'll see...
So now, I'm ready for the next mystery, with a finish on this one!
