I am also from Ontario. When we were in the states this winter, I found a store called "Clothes Mentor".....great prices, and they are slightly used, but all styles are within the last 2 years.....mostly designer. You will love it if you are near the border. We were at the ones in Florida, but I think there's one in Buffalo, although I haven't been there yet.
