I think setting limits is the key to not having a big mess on your hands. I have just one shelf for books. If it is full and I want another one----something must go. There is so much free stuff on the internet and you can store it on the computer.
I am not a big scrap saver as I have so much stash to use. And do not want to spend alot of time on maintaining different sizes and then storing all of them.
