Last fall I wanted to replace the "starter" drapes (cheap!) in my 5 tall farmhouse windows. I priced drapes at JC Penney expecting to pay $100/window. The great salesgal pointed out some very nice Martha Stewart drapes in my desired color, being closed out at $25/window! She was able to locate enough in my size by looking at the inventory in the system and shipping them to my house. So happy! JC Penny has always had a great selection of blinds, drapes, linens, etc. Give them a try and also engage the salespeople for assistance. They used to have interior designers on staff. Not sure if they do now but I once lived next door to one of them.
