Welcome everyone. I was doing well at the end of April. Not so well this week. It is teacher appreciation week at school and they appreciate us with food. We had delicious Mexican food yesterday, then I went out to dinner at Bob Evans with my mom. Today we had sub sandwiches with chips etc. Who knows what they will feed us tomorrow.
I injured my knee on Monday so I didn't go to my exercise classes tonight. Hopefully it will be better by Saturday for my classes.
