The Kaffe Fassett border wasn't one of the $2.99 fabrics...
But I needed it! I still owe my son and daughter in law their "wedding quilt" and they have been married a year now. Every time I think I am making a quilt they will love, I chicken out. I guess I just don't know my new daughter in law well enough yet to know what kind of quilt she would love. But I got my daughter's opinion on the Kaffe Fassett quilt and she thinks they would love it. So I just need to make it a bit bigger and get it done for them. I may even pay one of my talented long armer friends to do something special with the quilting on it.
