Great bed quilt. I am a fan of wool batting for "grown up" quilts. Soft, drapable, and the quilting shows up nicely. I used bamboo for a baby quilt that went to Corpus Christie, TX; she said it held up well. I hate polyester battings because they are hard to quilt (they have such a tendency to slide) and sometimes beard through. I use Warm and Natural in (almost) all my baby quilts because I know it washes well without special handling. A variety of battings is good!
