hehehehe I am also working on my Dear Jane and have about 10 blocks done for a few years now. A magazine here in South Africa "Stitches"came out the other day with a new angle to the Dear Jane. Named Africa Dear Jane. Its a smaller version with shwe shwe fabrics and calico is used. So now I am sure there are lots of local quilters rearing to try this one. hehehehe So that is why I have pulled out mine again. Its very tricky to say the least but one does get to learn all basic techniques making it. Have a great day!!!
