Bubble & Squeak
Brown up some sausage and onion.
Add in some some potatoes cut how you like. They cook quicker cut up.
Cover with some water.
When potatoes are done add cut up cabbage sliced and cover.
The real trick is to not over cook the cabbagd you want it to be barely crisp.
Serve with some hearty bread or make some biscuits.
