That would have been my suggestion. Presumably it'll be cool by then, so you'll want hearty, warming dishes.
I'd make ahead things like beef stew, chili, chicken stew-basically chicken pot pie without the pie part-use noodles instead

, spaghetti sauce, etc. You can even precook the pasta for spaghetti and noodles for chicken stew and transport them in plastic bags-just toss in when the stew or sauce is hot to warm them up.
Anything you already make and know your clientele likes

Then you can take steaks, hamburgers, chicken parts, whatever you all like, to grill, cook in frying pan, or stir-fry.
Doing as much prep as possible at home will make cooking in the woods faster and easier.
