Have wanted to take a train north to Scotland since my mother's mother I found out came illegally from Scotland thru Canada but married an American. Found this out many years after she died. That's cool. One day you may find the time to visit your grandmother's birthplace. I am Scottish and live here too but anytime I have to make a road trip to England, this sign on the approach to the Border gladdens my heart and always always makes me smile.
