I have decided I need to downsize. I have chosen fabric that I am really not in love with to get rid of. My question is, what do I ask for in the way of $ per yard? If it was me, I'd bundle up as much as possible. Like one bundle of 5 yards (2 bundles of the 10 yard you mentioned). If price is reasonable, they will buy it up. Heck, some of the estate sales are only selling by the bolt, so you shouldn't have any trouble with bundles.
