I will say that you won't be disappointed...This machine is a brother to the older model Queen Quilter 18. It's a Tin Lizzie model...I happen to have the Tin Lizzie Queen Quilter 18 it's a 2009 model....The one thing I don't have on mine is that the machine does not stop when I stop and boy how I wish I had that feature so that I could do more ruler and speciality quilting...it's not that I can't but it's challenging for sure...I see that the King Quilter has this feature and much more...If I was going to purchase for the first time I would certainly consider this one for sure....I've never had any issues with my machine and have quilted a far amount on it...No break downs what so ever....knock on wood....I'm going to be in the market for an upgrade soon as I can sell mine...Their quality of machine is next to now...I think with any Longarm issues usually end up with human error.....and these machines are so affordable. I'm not sure where you are located, I'm in Canada and we purchased our in California and remember the name of the place....I've had issues with sewing machine plus in the past, but they did correct the problem with some items I had ordered....So that's my personal view on the machine.....best of luck

One more thing, there are videos on you-tube to watch
