I did my hard boiled eggs in my pot today, I use silicone muffin cups for all eggs to the top. I did them on high for 7 minutes and let them wait for a few minutes then did a quick release. Drop them in some ice water, let them crack as they drop in, easy peel. Then I pickle all of them and now have 3 quarts in the fridge.
