I used the butterfly appliques without the inspirational words, I stippled the background and just cut to size. I used the backing fabric as the binding as well, all in one.

Here are two different methods of folding the binding.
The lace butterflies are from Stitch Delight. The fabric I used as the background has butterflies on it and the backing fabric has roses and butterflies on it.
